This policy describes how DreamZeel handles information in connection with the product. DreamZeel is an AI content creation platform. Users can generate scripts, characters, storyboards, and videos; publish finished videos to DreamZeel Plaza, YouTube, and TikTok; and review publish performance in Video Analytics to refine script, copy, and creative direction.
DreamZeel minimizes data collection and relies on third parties for authentication, email delivery, payments, and platform integrations as described below.
To operate accounts and billing, we process:
When you use creation or publish features, we store content and metadata you submit or generate on DreamZeel: prompts, scripts, media assets, titles, descriptions, tags, covers, video files, publish destinations, privacy or visibility settings, publish records, and performance metrics (views, likes, comments, and shares) used by Video Analytics.
We do not require a phone number for core product use. We do not operate a password store for Google Sign-In. Email sign-in uses one-time codes rather than a lasting password. We do not use your prompts or generated media to train our own models.
If you choose “Continue with Google,” DreamZeel uses Google OAuth to authenticate you. We use your Google account subject ID, email address, and display name to create or recognize your DreamZeel account, keep your session secure, and associate your projects, Coins, membership, and settings with you.
We do not use Google Sign-In to access Gmail, Google Contacts, Google Drive, Google Calendar, or Google Photos.
If you choose “Continue with email,” DreamZeel sends a one-time verification code to the email address you provide through Resend. We use that email address to create or recognize your DreamZeel account and complete authentication.
After you sign in to DreamZeel, you may connect a YouTube channel to publish videos you create on DreamZeel to YouTube. Connecting YouTube is voluntary and separate from Google Sign-In.
When you authorize YouTube access, DreamZeel will:
You can disconnect YouTube in Profile and in Agent publish platform controls. After disconnect, DreamZeel stops using your YouTube tokens for new uploads. Content already published on YouTube remains under your YouTube account until you remove it on YouTube.
After you sign in to DreamZeel, you may connect a TikTok account to publish videos you create on DreamZeel to TikTok. Connecting TikTok is voluntary.
When you authorize TikTok access, DreamZeel will:

You may publish finished videos to DreamZeel Plaza. DreamZeel stores the video, cover, title, description, tags, access mode, and related Plaza records needed to display and distribute that content on DreamZeel.

DreamZeel’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Google user data obtained through Google Sign-In and YouTube APIs is used only to provide account login, YouTube publishing, and related Video Analytics in DreamZeel. We do not sell this data. We do not use it for advertising.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share limited data with subprocessors that provide infrastructure, authentication email delivery (Resend), payments (Creem.io), and model APIs, solely to operate the service.
When you publish to YouTube, the video file, title, description, and privacy status you set are sent to Google / YouTube under their terms. When you publish to TikTok, the video file and publish metadata you set are sent to TikTok under TikTok’s terms.
We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and integrity of users and the public.
Sign-in is provided by Google OAuth and by email one-time codes sent through Resend. YouTube publishing uses Google / YouTube APIs. TikTok publishing uses TikTok APIs. Payments are processed by Creem.io. Their processing is governed by their respective privacy policies and terms.
Payment card details are handled by Creem.io. DreamZeel does not store your full card number or payment passwords.
We retain information as long as needed to provide the service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. OAuth tokens for YouTube and TikTok are retained while the connection remains active and are cleared when you disconnect or when tokens expire and cannot be refreshed. We apply administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the service.
Where applicable law requires or permits retention or deletion of account-related data, we handle requests and records accordingly.
Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export certain personal information, or to object to certain processing. You may disconnect YouTube and TikTok in the product. To exercise rights, contact support@dreamzeel.com.
Account deletion or identity de-identification may be offered when technically and legally feasible; some records may be retained when required for fraud prevention, security, or legal compliance.
If you access the service from outside the country where our infrastructure is hosted, your information may be processed across borders. We take steps consistent with applicable law for such transfers.
The service is intended for users aged 18 or older only. Minors must not register an account or make purchases. If you believe we have collected information from someone under 18 in error, contact support@dreamzeel.com and we will take appropriate steps, including deletion when required or permitted by law.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date when changes are material.
